Key Responsibilities:

• Determine and establish organizational policies and provide strategic direction, aligning with the vision set by the board of directors or governing bodies.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire subordinate executives and multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding performance in AI training and development initiatives.
• Oversee the formulation and execution of AI training frameworks, ensuring they support both current and future business objectives.
• Drive financial planning, monitor budgets, and ensure sustainable growth across all AI education operations.
• Represent the company as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) for AI training, fostering credibility with partners, stakeholders, and key industry players.
• Champion effective written and verbal communication across the organization, cultivating a culture of transparency, learning, and innovation.
• Continuously evaluate market trends and emerging technologies to inform policy, process improvements, and long-term AI training strategies.
