Job Title: Chief Executive - AI Trainer


Job Type: Part-time, Contract


Location: Remote


Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Executive - AI Trainer to join our customer's team and spearhead our AI training initiatives. This pivotal role combines executive leadership with subject matter expertise in AI training, driving organizational vision, culture, and operational excellence in a fast-evolving sector. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, skillfully leading teams and shaping innovative strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Determine and establish organizational policies and provide strategic direction, aligning with the vision set by the board of directors or governing bodies.
  2. Lead, mentor, and inspire subordinate executives and multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding performance in AI training and development initiatives.
  3. Oversee the formulation and execution of AI training frameworks, ensuring they support both current and future business objectives.
  4. Drive financial planning, monitor budgets, and ensure sustainable growth across all AI education operations.
  5. Represent the company as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) for AI training, fostering credibility with partners, stakeholders, and key industry players.
  6. Champion effective written and verbal communication across the organization, cultivating a culture of transparency, learning, and innovation.
  7. Continuously evaluate market trends and emerging technologies to inform policy, process improvements, and long-term AI training strategies.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven executive leadership experience in technology, edtech, or AI-driven organizations.
  2. Exceptional people management and team development abilities, with a history of leading high-performing, remote teams.
  3. Strong financial acumen, including budget oversight, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.
  4. Subject matter expertise in AI training, curriculum design, or organizational learning related to artificial intelligence.
  5. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  6. Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision making and problem solving.
  7. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment.



Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Advanced degree in business, technology, AI, or related field.
  2. Experience collaborating with boards of directors or equivalent governing entities.
  3. Prior background in public and private sector organizations with a focus on digital transformation.
