Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Branch Operations Specialist serving as an AI training expert. In this innovative role, you'll leverage your branch banking experience—especially as a teller—to help develop and enhance advanced AI models tailored for financial operations. Your attention to detail and commitment to communication will directly impact the quality and accuracy of our AI-driven banking solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize in-depth knowledge of branch operations and teller routines to train and refine AI models
  2. Document, evaluate, and optimize typical teller workflows and daily banking procedures for machine learning applications
  3. Collaborate with AI product and engineering teams to identify gaps and improve model performance
  4. Assess AI model outputs for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to banking standards
  5. Draft comprehensive written feedback and data annotations based on real-world teller scenarios
  6. Contribute to the creation of robust training datasets representing a wide spectrum of branch operations
  7. Stay updated on industry best practices in banking and AI training methodologies



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a bank teller or in branch operations, with a deep understanding of daily routines and compliance expectations
  2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  3. Ability to translate practical banking expertise into structured training content for AI models
  4. Analytical mindset, capable of assessing processes and making actionable recommendations
  5. Comfortable working independently and proactively in a remote setting
  6. Adaptability and eagerness to learn about AI technologies and their applications in banking
  7. Proficient with digital collaboration and documentation tools



Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in AI model training, data annotation, or process optimization
  2. Background in financial technology or digital banking transformation
  3. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in banking operations
