Job Summary
Join our team as an Ethical Hacking expert and play a vital role in defending organizations from evolving cyber threats. You'll spearhead authorized penetration tests and adversary simulations, identifying vulnerabilities and working directly with stakeholders to provide actionable security guidance. All engagements are performed under robust Statements of Work (SoW) and well-defined Rules of Engagement, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive penetration tests across networks, applications, and cloud environments to uncover security weaknesses.
- Simulate advanced adversarial attacks to assess the organization’s resilience against real-world threats.
- Develop detailed reports outlining findings, technical impacts, and prioritized remediation recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explain vulnerabilities and assist in implementing security improvements.
- Maintain strict adherence to ethical guidelines, client confidentiality, and the agreed-upon Rules of Engagement for all projects.
- Continuously update methodologies to reflect the latest attack techniques, tools, and industry trends.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and help foster a culture of security awareness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in ethical hacking, penetration testing, or red teaming in a professional setting.
- Expertise with common security testing tools (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, Wireshark).
- Strong understanding of network, application, and cloud security principles.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated adherence to ethical guidelines, professionalism, and attention to detail in all engagements.
- Ability to interpret and operate under SoW and Rules of Engagement documents.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning in the cybersecurity domain.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., OSCP, CEH, GPEN, CISSP).
- Experience delivering training or workshops on ethical hacking topics.
- Background in threat intelligence or incident response.
