Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets.
- Build scalable and robust ML architectures using TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
- Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines and model training workflows.
- Continuously monitor and optimize model performance in production environments.
- Document technical processes and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in AI/ML to ensure innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (mandatory).
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL (MySQL preferred).
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
- Demonstrated expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model development.
- Proven track record of building scalable machine learning systems with large datasets.
- Deep understanding of core machine learning algorithms and their applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience deploying ML models in cloud or on-premise environments.
- Prior work on AI projects in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
- Familiarity with advanced topics such as deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
