Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models tailored to business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets.
• Build scalable and robust ML architectures using TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
• Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines and model training workflows.
• Continuously monitor and optimize model performance in production environments.
• Document technical processes and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in AI/ML to ensure innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL (MySQL preferred).
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
• Demonstrated expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model development.
• Proven track record of building scalable machine learning systems with large datasets.
• Deep understanding of core machine learning algorithms and their applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying ML models in cloud or on-premise environments.
• Prior work on AI projects in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
• Familiarity with advanced topics such as deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
