As a C Expert Evaluator, you will join our customer's team and have a direct impact on the advancement of AI-driven coding technologies. This unique contract role leverages your mastery of C and deep algorithmic knowledge to shape the way next-generation AI systems are trained and benchmarked. Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct live, 1-hour technical interviews focusing on complex C algorithmic challenges to ensure a robust assessment process.
2. Evaluate candidate performance by analyzing code logic, efficiency, and solution quality.
3. Categorize interviews based on algorithmic complexity, utilizing advanced knowledge of data structures, recursion, and dynamic programming.
4. Produce detailed written analyses (“trajectories”) highlighting problem-solving strategies, strengths, and common pitfalls.
5. Collaborate with the AI training team to deliver actionable feedback that improves AI model accuracy and reliability.
6. Uphold best practices in written and verbal communication, ensuring feedback is clear, constructive, and impactful.
7. Follow established evaluation frameworks and consistently meet project deadlines to drive operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Expert proficiency in C, proven through substantial experience in high-demand, production-level software engineering roles.
2. Demonstrated ability to solve and articulate solutions for LeetCode Hard-level algorithmic challenges.
3. Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
4. Minimum of 5+ years' professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on C.
5. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a commitment to clarity and detail.
6. Ability to analyze and explain complex algorithmic trade-offs and technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in designing or conducting technical interviews or coding assessments.
2. Background in AI model testing or research-oriented settings.
3. Active contributions to open-source C projects or notable engagement in esteemed technical communities.
