Location: Hybrid – Metro Manila, Philippines | Central Visayas, Philippines, Cebu | Western Visayas, Philippines, Iloilo

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and comprehend job descriptions and specifications to identify ideal candidate profiles

• Strategically manage and execute sourcing initiatives across various channels to generate a robust pipeline of quality applicants

• Screen and evaluate candidate resumes and applications efficiently and thoroughly

• Conduct structured interviews utilizing best-in-class recruitment tools and methodologies

• Assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and other key hiring criteria

• Administer assessments to measure applicants’ communication, technical, and job-related abilities

• Ensure candidate compliance with all pre-employment requirements and facilitate onboarding

• Create analytical, well-documented hiring reports and provide actionable insights

• Cultivate strong candidate relationships, acting as a key point of contact throughout the selection process

• Consistently achieve volume hiring targets and adapt seamlessly to shifting priorities


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field

• Minimum of 1 year experience in BPO or RPO recruitment, specializing in volume/agent hiring

• Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal English communication

• Commitment, resiliency, and a passion for candidate care

• Comfortable working in a hybrid set-up (70% work-from-home, 30% onsite)

• Reliable home internet connection

• Willingness to work primarily on a day shift schedule

• Based in NCR, Cebu, or Iloilo and able to start as soon as possible


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience delivering week-on-week volume requirements in a metrics-driven environment

• Familiarity with recruitment analytics and reporting tools

• Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced industry and changing hiring needs
