Job Title: Hydraulic Technicians

Job Summary


We are seeking experienced and motivated Hydraulic Technicians to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hydraulic systems and equipment. Based on-site in the United Arab Emirates, you will carry out essential installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks to support production and maximize equipment reliability.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Install, inspect, and maintain hydraulic machinery, including pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, and fittings.
  2. Troubleshoot hydraulic system issues such as pressure loss, leaks, and overheating to minimize downtime.
  3. Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.
  4. Replace or repair hydraulic components according to manufacturer specifications and company protocols.
  5. Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals to execute work accurately.
  6. Conduct system tests and pressure checks, verifying optimal performance and safety compliance.
  7. Maintain detailed maintenance logs, inspection reports, and service records for ongoing system monitoring.


Required Skills and Qualifications


  1. Technical diploma or vocational training in Hydraulics, Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
  2. 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Hydraulic Technician in an industrial or production setting.
  3. Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, components, and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
  4. Proficient in reading and interpreting hydraulic schematics and technical drawings.
  5. Familiarity with hydraulic tools, diagnostic equipment, and rigorous safety procedures.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fostering effective teamwork and clear reporting.
  7. Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and attention to detail in all tasks.
  8. Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or respond to emergency call-outs as required.


Preferred Qualifications


  1. Experience in heavy equipment, manufacturing, oil & gas, or construction environments.
  2. Knowledge of pneumatic systems is a strong advantage.
  3. Background with preventive maintenance programs and system upgrades.
