Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and investigate compliance with regulatory, environmental, and equal opportunity standards for AI training models

• Warn violators of infractions or potential penalties and report findings to the appropriate authorities

• Evaluate applications, records, and documents to gather information on eligibility and liability issues

• Advise individuals, licensees, and groups on licensing, permits, and regulation adherence

• Prepare detailed reports outlining activities, evaluations, and compliance recommendations

• Collaborate with officials, specialists, and applicants to clarify facts and ensure informed licensing decisions

• Identify, document, and follow up on compliance issues, providing assistance during internal or external audits

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in regulatory affairs, environmental compliance, equal opportunity, or government investigation

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex regulations clearly

• Strong analytical and investigative abilities, with attention to detail in reviewing documentation

• Proficiency in preparing comprehensive compliance reports and recommendations

• Ability to interpret and implement evolving regulations, policies, and best practices

• Collaborative mindset with experience engaging diverse stakeholders

• Proficient in remote work tools and adaptable to a digital-first compliance environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in Environmental Compliance, Equal Opportunity, Government Property Investigation, or related fields

• Experience in compliance for AI or technology-driven organizations

• Familiarity with licensing, permitting, and audit support processes
