Join our esteemed customer's team as a Turkish Language Expert and play a vital role in facilitating seamless communication and linguistic accuracy. In this contract, fully remote position, you will utilize your deep understanding of the Turkish language and culture to support key business initiatives and ensure top-quality language deliverables. Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert Turkish language support for translation, localization, and content review projects.
- Ensure precise and culturally appropriate communication in all written and verbal correspondence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality linguistic solutions for a range of platforms and audiences.
- Review, edit, and proofread various documents for grammar, tone, and context accuracy.
- Advise on language best practices and contribute to the development of content guidelines and glossaries.
- Assist with the evaluation and improvement of language processes to drive continuous excellence.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, helping the team navigate nuances and sensitivities in Turkish communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Native-level proficiency in Turkish, with advanced command of grammar, style, and idiomatic expressions.
- Demonstrated experience in professional translation, localization, or language services.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering error-free language output.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Familiarity with digital communication platforms and collaborative tools in a remote setting.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural team environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Degree in Linguistics, Translation, Communications, or related field.
- Experience with Turkish language projects in a corporate or tech-driven environment.
- Knowledge of industry-standard CAT tools or translation management systems.
