Job Title: Oracle Functional Financials Manager


Job Type: Full-time


Location: Hybrid, Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines


Job Summary:

Join our team as an Oracle Functional Financials Manager and take the lead in driving innovation and efficiency across our financial systems. You will apply your extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Financial modules to guide a dynamic group of finance professionals, ensuring the seamless implementation and optimization of our Oracle-based solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage end-to-end implementation and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Financial modules, such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Receivables, Advanced Collections, Fixed Assets, Cash and Expense Management, Sub-Ledger Accounting, and Accounting Hub Cloud.
  2. Develop and execute strategic deployment plans for financial systems enhancements and integrations.
  3. Oversee comprehensive business requirement gathering, gap analysis, and the design of tailored solutions.
  4. Mentor, recruit, and manage a high-performing team of Oracle functional consultants and leads.
  5. Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure integrated and streamlined financial operations across departments.
  6. Ensure the creation and maintenance of critical project documentation, including fit-gap analyses, configuration documents, test scripts, and training resources.
  7. Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables while providing regular performance feedback and fostering team excellence.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
  3. 5+ years serving as a Functional Lead or Architect with Oracle Cloud implementations.
  4. Expert-level proficiency in at least three Oracle Financial modules.
  5. Demonstrated success managing a minimum of five full-cycle Oracle Fusion Financial implementations.
  6. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a strong focus on collaboration and clear documentation.
  7. Outstanding leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop finance professionals.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  2. Experience with large-scale, multi-entity financial transformation projects.
  3. Certification in Oracle Cloud Financials or related modules.
