Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as an English Language Reviewer - AI Trainer, playing a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and accuracy of AI language models. In this part-time, fully remote position, you will leverage your linguistic expertise to assess and refine AI-generated outputs, with a strong focus on English language excellence and native speaker identification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate AI-generated English content for accuracy, naturalness, and appropriateness.
• Identify and differentiate between native and non-native English speech and writing samples.
• Offer detailed feedback to improve the AI’s understanding of English language nuances, grammar, and idiomatic usage.
• Collaborate with technical teams to refine AI voice models with specific attention to accent detection and clarity.
• Analyze and annotate voice data, ensuring high standards in pronunciation, fluency, and linguistic authenticity.
• Contribute to the development of assessment frameworks for distinguishing native English speakers.
• Maintain meticulous records of evaluations and participate in quality assurance initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to distinguish between various English accents and dialects.
• Formal studies in English, Linguistics, or a closely related field.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for language quality.
• Previous experience in content reviewing, editing, or language assessment.
• Proficiency in providing constructive, actionable feedback.
• Able to work independently while maintaining high productivity and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in AI training, speech data annotation, or related machine learning environments.
• Background in voice-related projects or technologies.
