Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver interactive Spanish lessons tailored to diverse proficiency levels, with a focus on Latinoamerican Spanish.
2. Utilize online teaching platforms and digital resources to create an engaging virtual classroom experience.
3. Assess student progress through innovative evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback for sustained improvement.
4. Develop and adapt lesson plans that foster student engagement, language acquisition, and cultural understanding.
5. Implement inclusive teaching strategies to support a diverse student base and cater to various learning styles.
6. Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to share best practices, resources, and continuous professional development.
7. Maintain accurate records, demonstrate strong organization, and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish (Latinoamerican Spanish required).
2. Intermediate proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Professional working proficiency in Japanese for multilingual communication.
4. Minimum 5 years of Spanish teaching experience, preferably in virtual or online environments.
5. Demonstrated expertise in online teaching platforms and digital resource creation.
6. Strong lesson planning, student assessment, and feedback skills.
7. Exceptional organizational abilities, time management, and collaborative teamwork approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Degree in Education, Spanish Language, Linguistics, or related field.
2. Formal training in modern language teaching methodologies.
3. Experience delivering remote instruction to multicultural student groups.
