Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver interactive Spanish lessons tailored to diverse proficiency levels, with a focus on Latinoamerican Spanish.
- Utilize online teaching platforms and digital resources to create an engaging virtual classroom experience.
- Assess student progress through innovative evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback for sustained improvement.
- Develop and adapt lesson plans that foster student engagement, language acquisition, and cultural understanding.
- Implement inclusive teaching strategies to support a diverse student base and cater to various learning styles.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to share best practices, resources, and continuous professional development.
- Maintain accurate records, demonstrate strong organization, and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish (Latinoamerican Spanish required).
- Intermediate proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional working proficiency in Japanese for multilingual communication.
- Minimum 5 years of Spanish teaching experience, preferably in virtual or online environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in online teaching platforms and digital resource creation.
- Strong lesson planning, student assessment, and feedback skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, time management, and collaborative teamwork approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Education, Spanish Language, Linguistics, or related field.
