Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a First-Line Supervisors of Retail Sales Workers, where you will bridge retail expertise and artificial intelligence to shape innovative training solutions. Guide and elevate retail sales professionals while collaborating with AI developers to ensure realistic and impactful training content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor retail sales teams, sharing best practices and elevating customer service standards.
  • Collaborate closely with AI developers to provide real-world retail insights for training data and model improvement.
  • Assess and enhance AI-generated content for accuracy, tone, and alignment with retail scenarios.
  • Develop scenario-based training modules and interactive simulations for retail environments.
  • Deliver clear feedback to team members and developers to continuously refine training material.
  • Monitor and report on progress, ensuring training initiatives support overall business goals.
  • Champion strong communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a supervisor or manager in a fast-paced retail sales environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of retail customer interactions, sales techniques, and team dynamics.
  • Comfort working in a technology-driven, remote setup with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide actionable feedback and foster professional growth in others.
  • Adaptable mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to learn and apply new digital tools and AI-based workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:
