Key Responsibilities:

  1. Train, mentor, and guide AI systems using industry-leading sales practices and Salesforce processes.
  2. Generate, review, and refine high-quality sales scenarios and data for AI training purposes.
  3. Collaborate with product and development teams to bridge gaps between sales operations and AI capabilities.
  4. Analyze and optimize sales workflows to enhance AI accuracy and effectiveness.
  5. Provide expert input on sales process improvements and automation opportunities.
  6. Document and communicate feedback on AI model performance to support iterative development.
  7. Contribute to a culture of excellence through detailed written and verbal communication.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on sales experience, preferably using Salesforce.
  2. Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and its application in sales environments.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail.
  4. Proven experience in communicating complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  5. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
  6. Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about leveraging AI in sales.
  7. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.



Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in training or mentoring teams on sales or technical topics.
  2. Background in AI, machine learning, or similar technology fields.
  3. Certifications in Salesforce or related CRM platforms.
