Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Human Data Manager to join our team. This full-time remote role focuses on managing data processes, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), and obtaining valuable data points to optimize operations. You will play a crucial role in analyzing data, setting clear benchmarks, and refining processes to improve efficiency and support decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and management of data workflows to ensure the accurate collection, processing, and analysis of data.
  • Establish KPIs and identify key data points that drive operational success and process optimization.
  • Analyze data to uncover insights, trends, and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business goals and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Develop and implement data reporting frameworks that effectively track progress against KPIs and optimize workflows.
  • Monitor and refine data processes to ensure they remain efficient, scalable, and aligned with evolving business objectives.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous review and management processes, correcting discrepancies as necessary.
  • Lead and mentor a team, ensuring effective communication, training, and support to maintain high performance and data management standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background as an engineer with human data training experience.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies for KPI tracking and performance optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Experience in developing and implementing data-driven strategies for business optimization.
