Join our customer's team as a Blockchain & Web3 Engineer - AI trainer and play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of AI-driven blockchain solutions. This unique position blends hands-on Web3 engineering with the opportunity to train and guide AI systems, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation in decentralized technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and optimize smart contracts and decentralized applications for blockchain platforms.
  • Train and mentor AI models by providing real-world blockchain engineering feedback and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain technologies into AI-driven solutions.
  • Document engineering processes and provide detailed technical insights to improve AI learning accuracy.
  • Contribute to the design and architecture of secure, scalable, and efficient Web3 systems.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in blockchain, Web3, and AI technologies.
  • Clearly articulate complex technical concepts both verbally and in writing, ensuring effective communication across the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in blockchain and Web3 engineering.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of smart contract development (e.g., Solidity, Rust, or similar languages).
  • Proficiency in decentralized application (dApp) frameworks and related tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, reflecting a deep commitment to clarity.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote, distributed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience training or mentoring AI systems or engineering teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.
  • Contributions to open-source blockchain or AI projects.
