Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Spanish (Mexico) Voice Actor, where your unique voice talents will shape the future of AI voice technology. In this engaging, remote role, you will contribute your vocal skills to high-impact projects for a leading AI lab, helping train the next generation of intelligent systems.

Please note: the interview and project recordings must be conducted using your best audio setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality voice recordings in Spanish (Mexico) for AI training applications.
  • Interpret scripts with clarity, emotion, and natural conversational flow.
  • Demonstrate versatility by expressing a range of emotions and character nuances as required by project scripts.
  • Deliver 20+ hours per week of polished, production-ready audio using professional recording equipment.
  • Follow detailed project guidelines and meet deadlines with consistency.
  • Collaborate remotely with project managers and technical teams to ensure alignment on script delivery and audio quality standards.
  • Participate in a technical interview using your actual recording setup, including a live demonstration of script reading and emotional expression.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Native-level fluency in Spanish (Mexico), with excellent pronunciation and diction.
  • Proven voice acting experience, with a strong portfolio or demo reel.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in operating home studio recording equipment and audio editing software.
  • Access to a quiet, acoustically treated recording space.
  • Ability to commit to at least 20 hours of recording work per week remotely.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using equipment such as EMU 404 USB Audio Interface, AKG P220 microphone with AKG K271 Mk2 headphones, or Rode NT1 mic.
  • Background in AI voice data projects or linguistics-related assignments.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt vocal style across various genres and emotions.

Note: It is highly preferred that you participate in the interview using your best audio equipment and full recording setup, as you will be asked to perform an emotional reading with your gear during the process.
