Job Summary

Join our team as a Finance Analyst and play a key role in strengthening financial accuracy and cash flow management in a fast-growing, remote-first environment. This role is primarily focused on Accounts Receivable, along with core bookkeeping and financial reporting responsibilities. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in QuickBooks Online and a proactive approach to managing receivables and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end accounts receivable including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and maintaining strong client relationships
2. Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in QuickBooks Online and ensure proper classification of transactions
3. Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations
4. Prepare financial reports and provide insights to support business decisions
5. Support month-end and year-end closing activities
6. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure timely collections

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. 2–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance roles
2. Strong hands-on expertise in QuickBooks Online
3. Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and collections
4. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
5. Effective written and verbal communication skills
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment
7. Flexibility to work weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working in a fully remote or global environment
2. Background supporting US-based service companies
3. Advanced Excel or financial analysis skills
