Job Title: ServiceNow Functional Consultants – Hybrid | Dayshift (Makati)

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Hybrid, Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring ServiceNow modules align with evolving organizational needs.
  • Design and optimize business processes such as incident management, service requests, and employee onboarding to leverage ServiceNow’s out-of-the-box capabilities for maximum efficiency.
  • Configure ServiceNow modules—including ITxM, CSM, HRSD, IRM, SecOps, and SPM—delivering robust workflows, forms, reports, and portals with minimal customization.
  • Support daily managed services operations, ensuring timely incident resolution, request fulfillment, and change management in accordance with service-level agreements.
  • Design, implement, and enhance ServiceNow features, integrating new workflows, dashboards, and knowledge articles to meet business objectives.
  • Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of integrations with enterprise systems (such as SAP, Active Directory) using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub to ensure smooth data flow.
  • Develop and conduct user training, promote ServiceNow adoption, and maintain detailed documentation to drive user engagement and support effective operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst with hands-on ServiceNow implementation or managed services expertise.
  • Strong proficiency in configuring and optimizing ITxM, CSM, HRSD, IRM, SecOps, or SPM modules in enterprise settings.
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process design, workflow configuration, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with operational support practices including incident management, service request fulfillment, and knowledge management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations involving SAP, Active Directory, and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, or IntegrationHub.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory compliance (GDPR, AML, UAE SPC) and IT governance within digital service delivery.
