You will utilize your industry expertise to simulate real-world planning, coordination, and problem-solving scenarios, directly contributing to the training of AI systems for enhanced project analysis and management. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Simulate and analyze construction project planning, coordination, and site management scenarios for AI training purposes.
  2. Oversee quality control and safety compliance protocols, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  3. Interpret construction plans, specifications, and complex documentation to guide project direction.
  4. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and results.
  5. Facilitate stakeholder communication through clear, concise written and verbal correspondence.
  6. Lead and mentor project teams, resolving site-based challenges with innovative solutions.
  7. Oversee contract administration and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in construction management, with a track record in site supervision, project management, and contractor coordination.
  2. Expertise in quality control, budgeting, and safety compliance in a construction environment.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in project scheduling and resource planning.
  5. Experience with contract management and interpreting construction documents.
  6. Demonstrated team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  7. Comfort working remotely while maintaining high accountability and collaboration standards.



Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience training or working alongside AI or technology-focused teams.
  2. Advanced certification in construction management or related fields.
