Job Summary:

Join our customer's dynamic team as a dedicated ESL Teacher, delivering engaging and effective English language instruction in a fully remote environment. You will foster language development and cultural understanding among diverse learners, making a meaningful impact on students’ academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver interactive ESL lessons tailored to students’ needs and proficiency levels

• Assess learners' progress through formal and informal evaluations, providing constructive feedback

• Foster a culturally inclusive and supportive virtual classroom atmosphere

• Incorporate multimedia, real-world scenarios, and interactive activities to maximize student engagement

• Provide individualized support to help students overcome language barriers

• Collaborate with peers and the customer's team to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and achievements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in ESL/ELL teaching, ideally in a remote setting

• Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and adaptability to diverse backgrounds

• Proficiency in creating and utilizing digital learning tools and online platforms

• Ability to motivate and build rapport with students virtually

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• TESOL, TEFL, CELTA or equivalent ESL teaching certification

• Experience working with adult learners or within multicultural teams

• Familiarity with current ESL pedagogical trends and technologies
