Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver comprehensive training datasets and scenarios for AI models focused on investment banking workflows.
2. Leverage hands-on experience in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring to inform AI training content.
3. Collaborate with AI engineering teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of financial data interpretation.
4. Develop educational materials covering M&A, capital raising, due diligence, and strategic financial analysis.
5. Utilize advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and financial databases to create real-world case studies for machine learning training.
6. Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy in pitchbook preparation, market research, and client presentations.
7. Document training processes, deal feedback, and best practices for continual AI improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in investment banking, including financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution.
2. MBA or Master degree in Finance is plus.
3. Advanced proficiency in Excel for scenario analysis, sensitivity tables, and financial automation.
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
5. Hands-on expertise with Bloomberg Terminal, Capital IQ, Refinitiv, PitchBook, and other financial research tools.
6. Familiarity with M&A advisory, capital raising, due diligence, and corporate finance strategy.
7. Experience preparing investor presentations, pitch decks, and investment memoranda.
8. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in remote, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Practical experience with Python or VBA for financial automation and data analysis.
2. Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
3. Background in training, mentoring, or upskilling teams in financial services or technology-driven environments.
