Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze complex business processes suitable for AI and workflow automation.
• Design, document, and optimize end-to-end AI-powered application workflows based on user requirements and real-world datasets.
• Leverage your familiarity with large language models (LLMs) to define realistic app capabilities and ensure alignment with technical possibilities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of proposed workflow solutions, ensuring high-quality app generation that meets business goals.
• Develop comprehensive documentation and user guidelines to support smooth adoption and onboarding of generated applications.
• Provide product consulting and expert insights to continuously improve workflow strategies and app generation methodologies.
• Act as a communication bridge between business users, technical teams, and customers to ensure clarity and alignment throughout project lifecycles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in workflow automation, business process consulting, or product consulting, with a demonstrated ability to translate requirements into actionable workflows.
• Working knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models) and familiarity with core AI concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and document complex processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you genuinely care about clarity and impact in all communications.
• Experience in defining user workflows, app requirements, and supporting dataset creation for AI-based solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and focused on delivering practical, user-centric solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Mid-level expertise as a business or workflow consultant with hands-on experience in app generation or AI implementation projects.
• Background in product management or consulting, particularly in tech-driven environments.
