Job Summary:

Join the exclusive micro1 Super Star Program as a Commerce Strategy Expert, advising our customer's team on high-impact eCommerce and retail growth initiatives. As a Super Star, you will leverage your proven operational expertise to diagnose, strategize, and accelerate real-world business performance across complex commercial funnels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as a strategic advisor, joining client calls to consult on pipeline opportunities and growth challenges.
2. Partner with technical teams to advise on research projects and new commerce solutions within your domain.
3. Create sample tasks and frameworks to assess and enhance new commercial pipelines.
4. Analyze incomplete or messy business data to identify root causes of performance issues.
5. Develop and prioritize actionable recommendations to drive conversion, retention, and revenue growth.
6. Communicate high-leverage strategies and tradeoffs to clients, ensuring clarity and practical application.
7. Advise on real-world AI use cases and innovative approaches relevant to commerce and retail environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Demonstrated experience owning or directly influencing commercial performance (e.g., P&L responsibility, store scaling, growth channel management).
2. Deep expertise in eCommerce and/or retail operations, with the ability to diagnose and improve complex customer funnels.
3. Proficiency with Adobe Analytics or similar tools for optimization and performance measurement.
4. Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying high-leverage opportunities quickly.
5. Exceptional judgment and the ability to operate under real-world commercial constraints (budget, inventory, margins, etc.).
6. Outstanding communication skills, able to translate analytics into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
7. Hands-on approach to strategy, prioritization, and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience advising or operating within high-growth, fast-paced digital commerce environments.
2. Track record of successful conversion rate optimization or retention programs in eCommerce or retail.
3. Prior advisory work on AI-driven solutions or automation in commerce settings.
