Job Title: Kannada Audio transcription Expert

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Transcribe intricate and domain-specific Kannada audio content with high accuracy.
  2. Utilize advanced AI transcription tools to streamline workflows and ensure consistency.
  3. Review, proofread, and edit transcripts to maintain exceptional quality standards.
  4. Handle confidential speech and data securely, adhering to privacy protocols.
  5. Collaborate with a multilingual team to enhance project outcomes and meet deadlines.
  6. Organize and label transcriptions efficiently for seamless data processing.
  7. Apply domain-specific terminology and contextual understanding to complex content.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Native or near-native proficiency in Kannada, with strong comprehension and writing skills.
  2. Proven experience in audio transcription, preferably with complex or technical content.
  3. Familiarity with AI-powered transcription platforms and digital tools.
  4. Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to delivering error-free work.
  5. Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of data confidentiality.
  6. Excellent organizational abilities and task prioritization skills.
  7. Strong collaboration skills in a cross-functional, multilingual environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Background in linguistics, language technology, or speech data processing.
  2. Experience working on multilingual transcription projects.
  3. Prior involvement in AI training or annotation tasks.
