Job Summary:
Join our customer's team as a DevOps/SRE Engineer, where you'll play a vital role in architecting, maintaining, and optimizing scalable cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure using AWS and Azure platforms.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and enhance system reliability.
- Monitor application and infrastructure health using tools like Grafana and Sentry, ensuring proactive incident response.
- Handle incident management and on-call rotations utilizing PagerDuty to minimize downtime and impact.
- Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and document infrastructure issues.
- Drive automation initiatives for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and scaling strategies.
- Champion DevOps best practices and foster a culture of reliability engineering throughout the customer’s team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in a DevOps or SRE role supporting production environments.
- Deep expertise with AWS and Azure cloud platforms and related services.
- Proficient in monitoring and observability using Grafana, Sentry, and related tools.
- Solid experience with incident management tools, especially PagerDuty.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash, or similar).
- Proven ability to work remotely with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in highly regulated or large-scale production environments.
- Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications (AWS, Azure, or equivalent).
- Prior experience mentoring or leading technical teams in DevOps/SRE best practices.
