Join our customer's dynamic team as a Sales & Revenue Operations - AI trainer, where you’ll have a pivotal role in shaping cutting-edge AI models that drive business growth. Your expertise in sales, finance, and marketing will help design rubrics and calibrate systems, enabling smarter go-to-market strategies and optimizing revenue operations. Leverage your operational knowledge to unlock scalable solutions and directly impact business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Enhance and train AI models by applying real-world insights in sales operations, revenue forecasting, and strategic planning.
  2. Create and refine detailed rubrics to help AI systems accurately evaluate and optimize sales processes, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into actionable data and operational standards for AI solutions.
  4. Analyze current GTM strategies, providing data-driven recommendations to support growth and profitability.
  5. Continuously assess industry trends and integrate best practices in sales, finance, and marketing into AI training datasets.
  6. Deliver clear, actionable documentation, frameworks, and support for AI model improvement cycles.
  7. Champion best-in-class communication—both written and verbal—across remote teams and key stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in Sales Operations and Revenue Operations, with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach.
  2. Expertise in strategic planning, revenue forecasting, and performance measurement (KPIs, dashboards, metrics).
  3. Advanced knowledge of sales process design, optimization, and execution within high-performing teams.
  4. Strong business acumen and hands-on experience supporting GTM strategy development and deployment.
  5. Ability to translate complex operational requirements into scalable, AI-driven solutions.
  6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, precision, and cross-functional collaboration.
  7. Demonstrated success working in remote or distributed environments.
