Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance and train AI models by applying real-world insights in sales operations, revenue forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Create and refine detailed rubrics to help AI systems accurately evaluate and optimize sales processes, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into actionable data and operational standards for AI solutions.
- Analyze current GTM strategies, providing data-driven recommendations to support growth and profitability.
- Continuously assess industry trends and integrate best practices in sales, finance, and marketing into AI training datasets.
- Deliver clear, actionable documentation, frameworks, and support for AI model improvement cycles.
- Champion best-in-class communication—both written and verbal—across remote teams and key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Sales Operations and Revenue Operations, with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach.
- Expertise in strategic planning, revenue forecasting, and performance measurement (KPIs, dashboards, metrics).
- Advanced knowledge of sales process design, optimization, and execution within high-performing teams.
- Strong business acumen and hands-on experience supporting GTM strategy development and deployment.
- Ability to translate complex operational requirements into scalable, AI-driven solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, precision, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated success working in remote or distributed environments.
