Job Summary:

Join our team as a Casino Dealers and deliver a professional, engaging, and memorable gaming experience in a dynamic, high-energy environment. You will be responsible for conducting a variety of table games while upholding the highest standards of fair play, service excellence, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deal assigned casino table games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and Poker according to established procedures.
2. Ensure adherence to gaming rules, security policies, and local regulatory guidelines at all times.
3. Handle chips, cards, dice, and other gaming equipment with accuracy and efficiency.
4. Maintain the integrity and pace of the game, ensuring a fair and enjoyable experience for all players.
5. Deliver attentive, courteous customer service and effectively respond to guest inquiries and concerns.
6. Observe player behavior, promptly reporting any irregularities, disputes, or suspicious activities to supervisors.
7. Keep the gaming table and surrounding work area clean, organized, and inviting.
8. Work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by a 24/7 hospitality environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent education.
2. Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
3. Excellent numerical skills and acute attention to detail to ensure accurate gameplay and financial transactions.
4. Professional demeanor and polished appearance suitable for a luxury hospitality setting.
5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with diverse clientele.
6. Demonstrated integrity, responsibility, and commitment to ensuring game fairness and operational compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Prior experience as a Casino Dealer in an established gaming venue.
2. Formal gaming certification or completed dealer training program.
