Job Summary:
Join our team as a Casino Dealers and deliver a professional, engaging, and memorable gaming experience in a dynamic, high-energy environment. You will be responsible for conducting a variety of table games while upholding the highest standards of fair play, service excellence, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal assigned casino table games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and Poker according to established procedures.
- Ensure adherence to gaming rules, security policies, and local regulatory guidelines at all times.
- Handle chips, cards, dice, and other gaming equipment with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain the integrity and pace of the game, ensuring a fair and enjoyable experience for all players.
- Deliver attentive, courteous customer service and effectively respond to guest inquiries and concerns.
- Observe player behavior, promptly reporting any irregularities, disputes, or suspicious activities to supervisors.
- Keep the gaming table and surrounding work area clean, organized, and inviting.
- Work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by a 24/7 hospitality environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent numerical skills and acute attention to detail to ensure accurate gameplay and financial transactions.
- Professional demeanor and polished appearance suitable for a luxury hospitality setting.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated integrity, responsibility, and commitment to ensuring game fairness and operational compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Casino Dealer in an established gaming venue.
- Formal gaming certification or completed dealer training program.
- Multilingual skills and experience interacting with an international guest base.
