Job Title: Full Stack Lead (SpringBoot API + Angular UI)

Location: Pune, Delhi NCR

Job Summary

We are hiring a Full Stack Lead with strong experience in Spring Boot APIs and Angular UI. The role requires hands-on development along with technical leadership and team mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Spring Boot APIs and microservices.
Build and maintain Angular UI applications (Angular 12+).
Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards.
Guide and mentor developers on technical best practices.
Work with stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
Balance hands-on development with technical leadership.
Ensure code quality, documentation, and test coverage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
Hands-on expertise in Angular (v12+).
Experience with backend integrations and full stack development.
Prior experience leading or mentoring development teams.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Strong understanding of software design and architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure.
Exposure to microservices architecture.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD practices.
