Job Summary:

The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and managing daily reconditioning operations to ensure they align with customer expectations while prioritizing safety, quality, and productivity. This hands-on position requires strong leadership, coordination, and commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily scheduling, workload distribution, and technician oversight.
  • Partner closely with Sales Reps to align service execution with customer needs.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
  • Provide ongoing team training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Contribute directly to daily production while maintaining strategic oversight.
  • Resolve customer issues, drive process improvements, and support financial health.
  • Occasionally assist with paintwork or sales support, as needed.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Industry experience and general service/product knowledge.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Comfortable working in varied weather conditions and capable of leading both independently and collaboratively.
  • Management experience preferred.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Background in operations management or similar field.
