Join our customer's team as a Counter Sales - AI Trainer and help revolutionize AI-powered customer service experiences. In this unique part-time remote role, you will use your counter and rental service expertise to shape how advanced AI systems understand and serve users in real-world scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with AI development teams, providing in-depth insights on counter sales and rental operations.
• Assess and annotate customer interactions to improve AI comprehension and accuracy in service-related contexts.
• Develop, review, and refine training materials and datasets focused on order processing, rental management, and payment handling.
• Simulate product and service descriptions, cost computations, and payment procedures for AI training modules.
• Test and benchmark AI system performance against industry standards, identifying key areas for refinement.
• Document best practices and clearly communicate actionable feedback to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay updated on counter sales and rental service trends to ensure AI training remains relevant and effective.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience as a counter clerk, rental agent, leasing consultant, or similar role in sales or customer service.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, prioritizing clarity and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to receive, process, and manage in-person orders for repairs, rentals, or related services.
• Familiarity with describing options, calculating costs, and executing payment transactions in a customer-facing role.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in data annotation, review, and feedback.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting, meeting deadlines consistently.
• Basic technical aptitude with a willingness to learn and apply AI concepts.
