Job Description

Job Title: HR Documents Specialist (Japanese)


Job Type: Contractor


Location: Remote


Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leverage your expertise in HR documentation to create, review, and analyze a variety of human resources documents in Japanese.
  2. Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to generate realistic, high-quality business materials and presentations.
  3. Provide valuable feedback on documentation accuracy, formatting, and clarity to enhance AI model training data.
  4. Ensure all HR documents comply with industry best practices and reflect the nuances of native-level Japanese language and business culture.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and recommendations on HR processes and content quality.
  6. Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  7. Contribute subject matter expertise to train AI models, focusing on HR-specific terminology and documentation standards.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Native-level proficiency in Japanese, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  3. 3+ years of hands-on experience in HR, with a strong background in creating, managing, and evaluating human resources documents.
  4. Demonstrated ability to produce professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  5. Deep understanding of HR practices and documentation requirements for large organizations, ideally with Fortune 500 experience.
  6. Attention to detail and a passion for accuracy in business communication.
  7. Proven ability to manage projects independently in a remote work environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working with US-based Japanese-speaking teams or clients.
  2. Background in AI training projects, technology, or digital transformation initiatives.
  3. Residence in the US strongly preferred for collaboration and project alignment.
