Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored English language lessons to individuals and small groups, adapting content to learners' needs and proficiency levels
- Utilize a variety of digital tools and resources to create interactive and motivating learning sessions
- Assess learner progress regularly and provide constructive, actionable feedback
- Develop and curate lesson materials aligned with best practices and learner objectives
- Foster a communicative, inclusive, and supportive virtual classroom environment
- Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, attendance, and learner outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of teaching methodologies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Native English speaker with superior written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an English language tutor or instructor
- Strong ability to explain complex grammar and linguistic concepts clearly
- Proficient in using virtual platforms and e-learning technologies
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and adaptability in instruction
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learner-centered teaching
Preferred Qualifications:
- Formal degree in English, Education, TESOL, Linguistics, or a related field
- Recognized English teaching certification (e.g., CELTA, TESOL, TEFL)
- Experience working with international and cross-cultural learners
