Key Responsibilities


  1. Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  2. Design and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with team members to understand business goals and develop metrics that inform decision-making.
  4. Conduct data validation and ensure the integrity and accuracy of information used in analysis.
  5. Develop and optimize processes for data collection, management, and analysis.
  6. Translate complex analytical concepts into clear, concise written and verbal communications tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  7. Support ongoing projects by providing ad hoc data analysis and recommendations.



Required Skills and Qualifications


  1. Proven experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  2. Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while actively collaborating with team members.
  6. Experience in data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance procedures.
  7. High level of organization and time management to balance multiple priorities.



Preferred Qualifications


  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Experience with Python, R, or other statistical programming languages.
  3. Background in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
