Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as a Financial Planning and Analysis Expert, where your acumen in financial modeling and investment banking will shape innovative business decisions. You will analyze marketing data, develop strategic insights, and enhance AI-driven solutions by leveraging your expertise to create high-impact rubrics and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze complex financial and marketing datasets to deliver actionable business intelligence.
2. Develop, refine, and implement advanced financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
3. Create comprehensive rubrics using your field knowledge to enhance and refine AI models.
4. Prepare, review, and optimize financial reporting under US GAAP/IFRS standards.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and decision-making.
6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
7. Advise on key SaaS metrics, including ARR, MRR, CAC, and LTV, to inform business strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, audit, or SaaS finance.
3. Investment banking experience is highly preferred
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences.
5. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. CPA, CFA, or a similar advanced financial certification.
2. 7+ years of overall professional experience.
3. In-depth experience with SaaS metrics and performance analytics.
