Job Summary:
Join our customer's team as a Talent Ops Lead and play a pivotal role in scaling the future of human data and AI training operations. This dynamic, remote position empowers you to drive large-scale onboarding, foster meaningful client relationships, and deliver best-in-class customer management, all while shaping impactful solutions in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize onboarding processes for large cohorts, ensuring seamless integration and high client satisfaction.
- Cultivate and manage strong client partnerships with proactive, thoughtful written and verbal communication.
- Own customer success outcomes by anticipating challenges and deploying effective, client-centered solutions.
- Generate detailed reports on performance metrics and project milestones to ensure operational transparency.
- Champion engagement within the talent pool by hosting community events and driving interactive initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with development teams to align deliverables with evolving client goals.
- Leverage data-driven insights to continually improve onboarding and customer management processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to clarity and empathy.
- Proven success leading large-scale onboarding or talent operations in remote, distributed settings.
- Demonstrated deep ownership and accountability in client-facing roles.
- Expertise in customer management and problem-solving with limited supervision.
- Ability to thrive in fast-changing, high-growth environments while prioritizing multiple projects.
- Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools to inform strategy and decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in Human Data/AI training or RLHF operations.
- Background working with clients and developer teams in tech or AI sectors.
- Familiarity with industry-leading tools for data operations and talent engagement.
