Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Web Designer to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will craft visually compelling designs and intuitive web experiences that embody our brand and drive engagement. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and development teams to deliver high-quality digital and print assets that support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create innovative, user-centric web and graphic designs aligned with our brand guidelines.
• Develop responsive website layouts and user interfaces that ensure seamless user experiences across devices.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to produce engaging digital campaigns and assets.
• Design print materials including brochures, flyers, and presentations as needed.
• Translate business goals and user needs into effective design solutions.
• Maintain consistency in branding across all digital and print materials.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to elevate our visual identity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic and web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX expertise.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch.
• In-depth understanding of responsive design, web standards, and accessibility best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly articulate design rationale and collaborate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, content, and development teams.
• Passion for creativity and staying up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing for a variety of industries or brand identities.
• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS and web development workflows.
• Previous experience working in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
