Job Title: Spanish Language Expert (Mexico)

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, correct, and refine machine-generated Spanish (Mexico) transcriptions, ensuring accuracy and context.
- Analyze audio content and annotate recordings with detailed metadata and relevant tags.
- Identify and flag inconsistencies, errors, or cultural nuances that may impact data quality.
- Maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple transcription and annotation tasks.
- Collaborate with customer’s team to uphold project standards and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
- Deliver thorough and precise annotations to support robust data sets for AI training.
- Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, contributing to a transparent and collaborative remote environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent Spanish (Mexico) speaker with excellent grammatical command.
- Proven track record in transcription, annotation, and metadata tagging.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in both audio and text analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify and correct transcription errors promptly.
- Time management skills and adaptability in a dynamic, remote work setting.
- Experience working with diverse audio formats and digital tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in audio engineering, data annotation, or professional transcription.
- Experience collaborating with multicultural or distributed teams.
- Familiarity with language data projects or AI training initiatives.
