Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as a Physics & Physical Sciences - AI Trainer, where your physics expertise will directly influence the next generation of AI technology. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape scientific content, evaluate AI-generated materials, and ensure integrity and clarity in digital learning experiences—all from the flexibility of your remote workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate AI-generated responses in physics and related fields for scientific accuracy, clarity, and logical rigor.
  • Design and develop educational materials—including problem sets, conceptual explanations, experiment scenarios, and technical datasets—to train and benchmark AI models.
  • Identify and annotate errors, missing reasoning steps, or gaps in scientific methodology; provide precise corrections and improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with AI and research teams to enhance content guidelines and uphold high scientific standards.
  • Ensure all created and reviewed materials conform to accepted physics principles and best practices in scientific reasoning.
  • Apply data analysis and computational modeling techniques to enrich AI training processes.
  • Continuously improve content quality by integrating feedback and updating scientific resources regularly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Physics, Physical Sciences, or a closely related discipline.
  • Expertise in theoretical and applied problem-solving within physics and allied domains.
  • Hands-on experience with laboratory experiments or computational physics research.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex scientific concepts with clarity, both in writing and verbally.
  • Strong data analysis and analytical thinking skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to scientific accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Astrophysics, Space Science, Materials Physics, Optics & Photonics, Engineering with a physics focus, or Physical Chemistry.
  • Familiarity with simulation tools, numerical methods, or computational modeling frameworks.
  • Previous collaboration with interdisciplinary research or AI development teams.
