Key Responsibilities

  1. Efficiently input, update, and maintain data across various systems and platforms
  2. Organize and manage digital files, documents, and records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
  3. Perform routine administrative tasks such as scheduling, email correspondence, and report generation
  4. Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and meet deadlines
  5. Conduct basic data analysis and produce summary reports as requested
  6. Respond promptly to email and chat inquiries with clear, professional communication
  7. Identify and resolve discrepancies in data, escalating issues when necessary



Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must
  2. Proven attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
  3. Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  4. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote setting
  5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry software
  6. Fast and accurate typing skills
  7. Adaptability to learn new tools and technologies quickly



Preferred Qualifications

  1. Previous experience as a data entry clerk, administrative assistant, or in a similar role
  2. Background in customer service or support roles welcomed
  3. Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team environment
