Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a UI/UX Designer - AI Trainer and play a pivotal role in the future of AI-powered product development. This is a fully remote opportunity to shape intelligent user interfaces while leveraging your expertise to help train and refine next-generation AI systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, evaluate, and optimize seamless user interfaces and journeys for cutting-edge AI-driven applications.
  2. Conduct user research to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities, translating insights into impactful design solutions.
  3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to embed user-centric principles into AI training and product workflows.
  4. Leverage data-driven methodologies to assess user behavior, iterating designs based on actionable insights.
  5. Create compelling visual assets and detailed documentation to support AI training and continuous development.
  6. Provide expert UI/UX input in training and validating AI models, ensuring usability and design accuracy.
  7. Communicate design decisions exceptionally well in both written and verbal forms to align and inspire remote teams.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in UI and UX design with a robust portfolio showcasing impactful digital products.
  2. Mastery of visual design principles, industry-standard tools, and best practices.
  3. Strong analytical and technical acumen, with the ability to turn data insights into design improvements.
  4. Demonstrated expertise in user research methodologies and applying findings to product design.
  5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
  6. Experience working effectively in a remote, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
  7. Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for optimizing user experiences and AI training outcomes.



Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Educational background in human-computer interaction, cognitive psychology, or a related discipline.
  2. Familiarity with agile development methodologies, particularly in distributed teams.
