Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to information systems, data management, and software development initiatives.

3. Set project priorities, develop standards, and manage timelines to ensure successful delivery of IT solutions and continuous process improvements.
4. Collaborate with department heads, vendors, and system users to assess needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
5. Lead and mentor a team of systems analysts, programmers, and IT specialists, fostering an adaptable and accountable culture.
6. Maintain and optimize database systems and web platforms, ensuring robustness, security, and scalability.
7. Provide technical support and guidance, proactively addressing challenges to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5+ years' experience in information systems, IT management, or a closely related field.
2. Exceptional English communication skills—both written and verbal—with a keen attention to detail and clarity.
3. Demonstrated ability in complex problem solving, adaptability, and decision-making within fast-paced environments.
4. Proficient in database management and web platform development software.
5. Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and setting technical standards.
