Job Title: Operations Analyst - Microsoft Word


Job Type: Contractor


Location: Remote


Job Summary: As a Operations Analyst - Microsoft Word, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute expert-level input and feedback on Microsoft 365 tools, focusing on Word, to enhance AI training projects.
  2. Analyze and document current operational workflows, identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights, clarify requirements, and co-create best practices for workflow efficiency.
  4. Audit data and documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards.
  5. Leverage Google Workspace tools—including Docs, Sheets, and Slides—for collaborative documentation and reporting.
  6. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly through both written and verbal channels in a remote work environment.
  7. Proactively identify potential problems and offer solutions to streamline operations and support AI system development.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations-related roles, with demonstrated process improvement achievements.
  2. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  3. Power user of Microsoft 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
  4. Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  5. Strong documentation, data auditing, and workflow analysis skills.
  6. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities for remote collaboration.
  7. Proven self-motivation and problem-solving aptitude in dynamic environments.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Hands-on experience in operational optimization projects or AI training initiatives.
  2. Background in cross-team collaboration or consulting for workflow improvements.
