Contribute your knowledge as a subject matter expert (SME) while working remotely with a passionate and innovative group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Document, track, and organize inventory using industry best practices and digital platforms.
- Arrange and coordinate transportation logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Prepare items for shipment by packing, labeling, and documenting relevant shipment details.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and refine shipping processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for AI training, providing feedback and annotating shipping-related data to advance AI accuracy and capability.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms with team members and technical staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory clerk roles (e.g., Shipping Clerk, Receiver, Order Fulfillment Specialist).
- Strong command of written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of organizational ability.
- Comfort with digital platforms and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Keen analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to share expertise for AI development and data annotation tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience collaborating with technical or product teams.
- Exposure to AI systems, data labeling, or machine learning projects.
