Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment projects focused on sourcing and selecting top health and medical professionals.
- Apply your deep knowledge in human health and medicine to precisely assess candidate qualifications and fit for specialized roles.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment throughout recruitment cycles.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, identifying efficiencies and implementing best practices tailored to medical and health domains.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness to meet business needs.
- Produce high-quality written communication for candidate outreach, assessments, and stakeholder updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Medical doctor or advanced degree in human health sciences (Medicine, Biology, or related fields).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex health-related concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities, especially in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, adept at building trust and effective relationships with diverse teams.
- Proven process improvement mindset, with the ability to streamline and enhance recruitment workflows.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and driven to achieve challenging goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within talent acquisition, especially in health or medical sectors.
