Key Responsibilities

1. Review and assess AI-generated conversations for empathy, tone, and psychological soundness.
2. Annotate and categorize data based on emotional and behavioral indicators.
3. Provide feedback to enhance the model’s understanding of human communication and mental states.
4. Design and test prompts that promote emotionally intelligent, ethical, and natural interactions.
5. Identify potential risks, biases, or ethical issues in AI outputs.
6. Collaborate with research and development teams to integrate psychological insights into AI behavior.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
2. Proven experience working in an educational, social, or clinical field.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on empathy and clarity.
