Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert insight into real estate transaction management and agent oversight.
- Review and annotate real-world transaction data to enhance AI learning and accuracy.
- Guide AI systems in interpreting regulatory compliance, finance protocols, and contract workflows.
- Collaborate with product teams to simulate real estate sales, leasing, and loan processes.
- Develop and refine scenario-based training modules to address nuanced sales situations.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for relevancy, accuracy, and professionalism in real estate communications.
- Contribute to ongoing feedback loops, helping improve the AI’s written and verbal communication abilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Active real estate broker license and proven track record in office, commercial, or residential transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee complex real estate deals, including sales, rentals, and loan arrangements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience mentoring or training agents, with a passion for education and knowledge sharing.
- Comfort working remotely and managing tasks independently within a collaborative digital environment.
- In-depth understanding of compliance, risk management, and financial documentation in real estate.
- Motivated to advance real estate technology and AI-driven solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a subject matter expert (SME) for technology or AI initiatives.
