Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, implement, and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines using leading DevOps toolchains.
  2. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM/Bicep.
  3. Architect, deploy, and manage cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP, focusing on scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency.
  4. Enhance platform reliability and performance through proactive monitoring, observability, and incident management strategies.
  5. Lead operational excellence for containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), as well as supporting microservices and API gateways.
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally with development, QA, architecture, and security teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.
  7. Champion root-cause analysis and continuous improvement in platform operations.



Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
  2. Demonstrated expertise in cloud platforms, with a focus on AWS or Azure services.
  3. Hands-on experience building, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
  4. In-depth proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and associated orchestration tools.
  5. Strong background in automation with tools such as Terraform, Helm, Ansible, or similar.
  6. Advanced knowledge of monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, NewRelic).
  7. Proficient scripting abilities in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.



Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience supporting large-scale, customer-facing digital platforms and microservices architectures.
  2. Familiarity with API management, integration platforms, and digital experience solutions.
  3. Thrives in an environment that values clear, asynchronous written communication and proactive problem-solving.
