Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct linguistic analysis of Japanese language data for AI model improvement.
• Annotate, evaluate, and correct AI-generated Japanese text to align with native language standards and cultural context.
• Provide written and verbal feedback to technical teams to enhance AI accuracy.
• Develop guidelines and reference materials for language annotation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share linguistic insights and best practices.
• Review and refine AI-generated outputs for naturalness, fluency, and correctness.
• Proactively identify and resolve inconsistencies in language data or model behavior.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
